You will be receiving messages regarding your optin confirmation, booking confirmation and appointment reminders. Apart from this you will not receive any automated messages or emails.
Unsubscribe:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment. Simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messages 36 prior the appointment and one each upon optin and appointment no-show/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Drop-Off Requirements
Before any vehicle disassembly begins, customers are required to complete:
A Vehicle Check-In Agreement
A Teardown Authorization
These documents ensure that SSR Autobody is authorized to begin inspection and communicate directly with your insurance provider.
We accept vehicle drop-offs from any major city in Orange County, including Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Tustin, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Fullerton, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, and beyond.
Insurance Claims and Payment Terms
SSR Autobody works directly with all major insurance carriers, including but not limited to:
State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, AAA, Mercury, Allstate, Farmers, USAA, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Esurance, Amica, Safeco, The Hartford, Travelers, Kemper, Wawanesa, National General, MAPFRE, Metromile, and Infinity Insurance.
We may receive payment directly from your insurer with your written authorization via a Power of Attorney form.

Full payment is due prior to vehicle release.
Repair Warranties
All SSR Autobody repairs come with:
Lifetime paint warranty
1-year or 10,000-mile warranty on mechanical repairs and OEM-installed parts
Aftermarket parts void our parts warranty unless otherwise stated and agreed upon. For full warranty coverage, we recommend choosing OEM parts.
Refund & Dispute Resolution
We do not issue refunds once repairs are completed. If repair quality is disputed, SSR Autobody will make all reasonable efforts to bring repairs up to acceptable manufacturer-level standards.
Refunds are only considered if no work has been performed and materials have not been ordered.
Repair Delays – Disclaimer of Liability
Delays may occur due to:
Insurance authorization hold-ups
Backordered or late-arriving parts
Customer delays in decision-making or payment
SSR Autobody cannot be held responsible for repair delays caused by third parties. Customers unwilling to pre-authorize repairs prior to insurance approval accept full responsibility for time-sensitive outcomes.
Vehicle Storage Fees
Storage fees are charged only in cases where repairs are not completed and the vehicle is not picked up. These fees are often covered by the insurance carrier and are clearly disclosed in the vehicle check-in documentation.
Use of Customer-Supplied Parts
In rare cases where parts are unavailable through our vendors, customers may supply parts. These parts:
